Privacy statement

OffMrkt processes personal information solely to evaluate confidential introductions, respond to enquiries and coordinate real estate transactions.

Information you share is not published, listed or forwarded to counterparties without your prior agreement; technical service providers that host or deliver our services (described below) process it on our behalf. Where a confidential introduction to a specific counterparty is proposed, we will explain the intended scope before any information is transmitted.

We retain contact information only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry or to maintain a mandate. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to contact@offmrkt.estate.

Partner dossier portal

OffMrkt operates a private, sign-in-only portal for existing partners who submit property dossiers. When you use it, we process:

• your sign-in email address and the profile you provide (name and organisation);
• the confidential property dossiers you or your collaborators enter, including contact details of owners, decision-makers and advisers, financial figures, price expectations and other transaction information;
• uploaded photos and documents;
• invitations you create for collaborators (the invited email address and its status; the invitation link itself is stored only in protected, hashed form);
• activity records (for example when a dossier is created, edited, submitted or reviewed) and records of notification emails sent about a dossier.

A dossier is visible only to members of the organisation that created it, to collaborators the organisation has invited to that specific dossier, and to authorised OffMrkt staff. Some fields, such as a seller's minimum price, are restricted to the owning organisation and OffMrkt staff. Submitting a dossier does not publish or list it anywhere; any later sharing with a counterparty is agreed separately.

Portal data and files are stored with Lovable Cloud, which uses Supabase for authentication, database and private file storage. Sign-in links and portal notifications (such as a submission confirmation or a request for additional information) are sent through Lovable's managed email service; these emails contain a link to the portal rather than dossier contents.
